got to this problem, it won't show up for me as well.
thinking about starting over b/c my save got corrupted and I can't get to the third town anymore, but I think I'll wait until they put more work into it.
it's the one in the first city, you go to order food and the cat is there
it's not 12, 12 is: "Head to Larklast and investigate the mystery regarding Larklast's previous deity"
How'd you get that quest? Also, was there a quest #7?
